I suggest we move away from this free host, and register our own domain, like www.poem-guild.com.
We could keep phpbb as the forum software, so in terms of functionality, everything would stay the same.
The difference would be that you have complete control over the files and the database, thus ensuring we can make reliable backups, and we can change the look & style into anything we want.

Advantages:
- Own domain, looks better and sounds more like a serious guild (free host sounds noobish)
- Reliable, able to take weekly or even daily backups if needed.
- Can be easily integrated into raid-calendar & portal (shared user database in sql)
- Improvements to the look & feel, giving the forum a nicer "epic" feel by changing the skin (additional skins can be uploaded and activated)


Disadvantages:
- Requires users to sign up to the new forum
- Requires posts already made to be copy/pasted to the new forum
- Other guilds might become jealous of our website
