Add a trinket to a macro

/use Bloodlust Brooch
/cast Sinister Strike

*replace "Bloodlust Brooch" with the name of your trinket you want to use

This one could be good for you, since it shouldn't backfire with casttime, so use that one.


Add riposte to a macro
/startattack
/castrandom sinister strike, riposte

I Used this one a lot when I was lvl'ing..


Add ghostly strike to a macro
/startattack
/castrandom sinister strike, ghostly strike

This one is also really nice if you have ghostly strike.

The thing about castsequence is that you will have backfire issues with casttime. Some talents grants you extra combopoints and therefore this macro can fuck it. I wouldn't recommend it, since you can do a lot more dmg without it. Just make suer you bind everything to a key.


Blind target via mouseover:
/cast [target=mouseover] Blind

Blind target via mouseover, else blind primary target
/cast [target=mouseover,exists,harm,nodead][harm,nodead] Blind

This one owns, if you remember to use it

Cast premed and cheap shot at the same time:
/cast Premeditation
/stopcasting
/cast Cheap Shot

I used this one when I was pvp'ing and I found it useful at times.


One button ranged attacks:
/cast deadly throw
/cast throw

This one I still use in raid. If I for some reason is forced to stand ranged from my target and I still have some combopoints on the mob, I use this macro. It's good because you will still do as much dmg as possible at all times. So remember: Throw your knives when you are ranged from a target. It's not a lot of dmg, but it all adds up in the end.


Start attack, spam main attack, use trinket when out of combat, stealth when out of combat:

/use [combat] Bloodlust Brooch
/cast [nostealth] Stealth
/cast [combat] Sinister Strike

*change "Sinister Strike" with what ever your current main attack is and also change "Bloodlust Brooch" to your current trinket

Tbh, you shouldn't take this one, but here it is anyway.


Trinket, then blade flury, then Adrenaline rush:

/use Bloodlust Brooch
/castrandom Blade Flurry, Adrenaline Rush

*change "Bloodlust Brooch" to your current trinket

This one is nice, I use this actually. One button assigned to 3 things is good, because you will cast all these 3 things faster which equals more dmg in the end.


Stop attack before vanish:
/stopattack
/cast Vanish

*helps reduce the chance that you'll knock yourself out of stealth after vanishing

I don't use this, but if you find it useful, feel free to use it.


Use 3 Poisons:

This is mainly good for PvP

Apply Poisons:
With this macro, you can left click to poison your main hand, right click to poison your offhand, hold down the alt button when you do it to use crippling poison or the ctrl button to use mind-numbing.
/use [nomodifier] Instant Poison IV; [modifier:alt] Instant Poison VII; [modifier:ctrl] Instant Poison VII
/use [button:1] 16; [button:2] 17

This one will allow you to ctrl+mouseclick/alt+mouseclick poisons and apply them. I use this macro, since I can apply my poisons faster this way.
